I have been going to Visible Changes at Willowbrook Mall for the last 5 years for my haircuts and highlights. I love Cina for my highlights and Tanya or CK or Ericka for my haircuts. Nearly everyone on staff there is talented and capable. Avoid going on weekends because it is so busy then. Try to go during the week when it's less hectic. Overall, it's a great place for hair care!
Pros: Excellent results with the specialists that I know and use every time.
Cons: Sometimes my regular specialist isn't there and they give me someone new who isn't as good.
