How many of us can't wait until our next workout? Working out at the Fitness Lab with Scott Rodriguez (aka Supreme Trainer of the Universe) qualifies me for that category. Each workout offers something new given Scott's knowledge and the Lab's equipment. After a year of working out with Scott, I'm ready to tackle the Camp Pendleton Mud Run and the Danskin Triathlon.
