I ordered cabinets and cancelled them within 2 days before they placed the order with the manufacturer. Even thought the salesperson complained about how much work she had done drawing my specifications, she assured me that they would give me a refund on my credit card. \r

9 days have passed and no one will call me back on when the refund was procesed. That's because they've done nothing to process a refund. It literally takes seconds to key into the credit card terminal to process a refund. When I call, ""no one is there"". Not the manager, salesperson, bookeeper or owner. \r

I have been forced to dispute a legitimate, promised refund with my credit card company. In the meantime, my credit card limit remains used by their charge and my remodel is being held up.\r

Find someone else if you want to do business with people who have integrity.
Cons: No integrity.
