I MADE AN APPOINTMENT FRIDAY TO GET MY HAIR DONE AT 9 AM SATURDAY. I ARRIVED TO THE SALON A FEW MINUTES LATE HAVING GOTTEN LOST IT BEING MY FIRST TIME TO THE SALON. UPON ENTERING I WAS GREETED BY A GENTLEMAN (WHAT I LATER FOUND OUT WAS THE OWNER). I DID NOT GET A GOOD MORNING HOW MAY WE HELP YOU BUT ""WHAT DO YOU NEED"". I LET HIM KNOW THAT I HAD AN APPOINTMENT AT 9:00. AFTER CHECKING THE TIME HE REPLIED WITH ""IT'S NOT 9:00 ANYMORE. WE'RE FULL NOW. YOU'RE LATE IT'S PAST 9 OCLOCK."" I PROCEEDED TO LET HIM KNOW THAT IT WAS MY FIRST TIME THERE AND I HAD GOTTEN A LITTLE TURNED AROUND. WITH THIS HIS TOOK ME OVER TO YVELISSE TO FIND OUT IF MY APPT COULD STILL BE HONORED, WHERE I GOT A COLD ""WHAT ARE YOU GETTING DONE."" ONCE IT WAS CLARIFIED THAT I WAS THERE FOR COLOR AND EXTENSIONS, I WAS DIRECTED TO THE STYLIST I HAD MADE AN APPT WITH. SHE WAS VERY UNDERSTANDING ABOUT MY TARDINESS AND ESSENTIALLY RECOVERED FOR THE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAD EXPERIENCED. AFTER A BRIEF CONSULTATION, SHE TOOK ME BACK TO DECIDE ON A COLOR. WHILE IN THE BACK ROOM THE GENTLEMAN THEN WALKED IN. I DECIDED TO USE THIS AS AN OPPORTUNITY TO LET HIM KNOW THAT I DID NOT APPRECIATE THE WAY HE HAD SPOKEN TO ME BEFORE, AND THAT IT WAS NO WAY TO TREAT A CUSTOMER. EXPECTING AND APOLOGY, I GOT NOTHING BUT MORE OF HIS NASTY ATTITUDE. LONG STORY SHORT WHEN I LET THE STYLIST KNOW THAT I HAD CHANGED MY MIND ABOUT GETTING MY HAIR DONE DUE TO THE MANNER IN WHICH I WAS TREATED SHE WAS REMORSEFUL AND LET ME KNOW THAT SHE UNDERSTOOD. WHICH AT THIS POINT YVELISSE DECIDED TO COME OVER. SHE DID NOTHING BUT ARGUE WITH ME AND AT NO POINT APOLOGIZED FOR THE POOR TREATMENT I HAD RECEIVED. THE OWNERS ARE NOTHING BUT RUDE, AND CLEARLY NEED A LESSON IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WOULD NEVER SET FOOT IN THIS SALON AGAIN!\r \r more
