We were very excited to try the Rue after seeing it on a news program. We went in the evening, and found ourselves to be the only patrons. We sat at the bar and got ignored by the bartender for several minutes. When we are the only patrons in the place, a hello would have been nice. While we were waiting, the manger or owner whom we saw on the news, came into the bar area. She completely ignored us as well, didn't even acknowledge that we were there...again...we are the only patrons. Nice. \r
We hoped the food would be better than the service. We were wrong. The two sandwiches we ordered were small, bland, and boring. We were very disappointed in this place, and will not be going back. With all the amazing restaurants Providence has to offer, don't waste your time on this one.
