I have black asian hair and Tracy is the ONLY one who knows what ""caramel"" means. Unfortunately I dont live in Houston anymore and was forced to go to other high end salons where my hair turned red, or green or blonde. It was awful. Im getting married next month and am making a special trip to Houston just to have Tracy do my highlights. Yes, she does work on other people at the same time, so block out a few hours. I've always left her salon frustrated with the time it took, but I look in the mirror and it was all worth it.
