We've been to Harvey's 5 times. They have had 2 awesome comedians, the rest were career challenged. The fifth time was horrible. They gave us free tickets, but the manager, (white guy, not the other one), was extremely rude. He was extremely classless and it was like since THEY gave us free tickets, that we were expendable. We were sat, by him, behind a pole, we were really early, so there were plenty of open tables. We moved to an open one and he came over frantic with a tone and "said you can't sit there!" Some tables had reserve signs, the table we moved to did not. The service has always been slow, the drinks have always been weak, but they are the only comedy club. If you go, just don't let them get away with the typical substandard treatment, especially with this economy and the value of a returning or new guest.
Pros: Only comedy club in Portland
Cons: The management, the service, 95% of the comedians
