Samuel Cole seems keen on client satisfaction, and that means a lot in today's day and age. As other reviewers have noted, the front desk is warm and engaging. Most importantly, my new stylist Britt did a beautiful job cutting and styling my hair. I am grateful as I came in with messy, unkempt half-grown out layers. Britt created a sophisticated and chic coif which was great for my face. I specifically asked to look ""edgy"" and she gave me a gorgeous cut that you might see in Europe, downtown Seattle or among the NYC arts crowd. Along the way, she gave me great insider hair tips, and couldn't have been nicer. Although I returned to tedious, grim conference calls for the rest of the afternoon, I looked all set to stroll down Madison Avenue with a pedigreed chihuahua, or sample Loire Valley burgundies in a cafe along the Champs d'Elysees. Thank you Britt for the elegant haircut and for your charming personality!
