Do not buy anything from these people! They are crooks and will take your earnest money and your home and run! I have worked with them before on a few occassions and I am not impressed. The police are always investigating them, customers are always unhappy, and they do unfair business. If you value your money and want a decent deal- stay away from TRDI, Texas Rainy Day Investments, Linda OR Mike Fleetwood.
Cons: They will steal your earnest money, lie to you, they repair their homes poorly but tell you they do quality work, so much more!
