Sonki's class is fantastic. I've seen fabulous results over the past year, and I'm still improving every month! He does a great job of catering to all fitness levels, so the workouts never get old. Trust me, you'll be sweating hard in every class, but you'll feel great afterward.
Pros: Skilled instructors, tough workouts, personal attention
Cons: pricier than joining a gym (but I think it's worth it)
