We have had a very good history for several years with 2nd Best Friends and Teresa. I can't emphasize too much what our cats mean to us: They are family. I wouldn't place trust in anyone without the kind of service that Teresa has given us. She has always been available on short notice and has always shown great diligence and care of our pets. Teresa leaves us a written record of her visits. We're supposed to check in with her when we return from our absences and when we have screwed up and forgotten to call her, she has called us to insure we were home rather than continuing to visit and feed. We appreciate that kind of attention on her part and it gives us great solace knowing that even if our plans go haywire, she's still on the job.
