After requesting my mirror and confirming a quote, salesman forgets to get my number. I contacted him back 5 days later to try and figure out what the holdup was because I was on a week vacation and this was to be the perfect opportunity to get it done. I explained that I was available every day after 3pm, yet he wanted to do it in the morning. So, I gave a range of days that I could arrange for someone to be there. Without confirming a date, he shows up and of course nobody is there. He TEXTS me that if I still want to do it, the price has increased $85 for his inconvenience....and adds at the end CASH ONLY, as if trying to throw an insult at me. Stay away from these guys, they know nothing about customer etiquette.
