I bought a 2008 Nissan from these guys last Monday. When I got home one of the wheel covers was missing. On Tuesday another wheel cover went missing. I spoke with the used car manager, Robert Burkett, and he was very rude and arrogant. He refused to replace the wheel covers and told me his mind was made up and I would not change it. He even told me that my daughter probably ran on a curb and caused them to fall off which was not what happened at all. He even told me that I should go buy some new wheel covers. I would not recommend buying a car from this dealership. Customer service is non existent once you sign on the dotted line! I only gave one star because I didn't have the option for none. Pros: Got a good deal on the car. Cons: No customer service once the contract was signed. more
