My family and I have bought several vehicles from Hatfield Buick GMC. All I can say is that they are very upfront and don't play games. I don't get the feeling that all they want is my money, they want me as a customer and they really do want me to be happy with our purchase. I have told all of my friends about them and I have never heard a complaint about them.
Pros: No pressure.
Cons: No Saturday service
