While the food was some of the best I have had in a long time, I must say the service was obviously better for the ""obvious regulars"" and was even a bit haughty. It took me asking three times to get more bread and when I inquired about an item on the menu, I was told that I should order it so I would not have to ask what it was if I EVER went to a French restaurant again. And then didn't even explain what it was., I had to ask him again and explain I wanted to know what it was. We were the second table of the evening and received much worse service than those regulars who came in. Think twice about a relaxing, fun evening out if you want to feel welcome.
