The Emilio's on Broad Street looks like a dump. It is situated in a ratty place, with suspicious characters hanging out near by. The parking was about a block down the street in an un-lit area, the kitchen door opened to the street, god knows what rodents made it in there. We sat, took a look around in this smoke filled dive, and left.
