On a recent afternoon I stopped by to pick up a pair for my boyfriend. I had been in about a month ago with him and there was a specific pair he wanted. When I walked in to the store I was completely ignored. I was having trouble finding the desired pair, and it had to have been obvious as I had to make three passes of the wall before I found them. No help was offered, the employee simply stood behind the counter. Once I was finally able to locate the ones I wanted on my own I reached up to check sizes. I pulled down the correct size for the intended wearer (an obvious two sizes below what I would wear) and at that point the employee deigned it time to acknowledge my presence and informed me that the brand I was looking at ran small, and what I had in my hand would not fit me. I thanked him for the information and proceeded to walk to the counter to purchase the already selected pair. That was the extent of our conversation for my visit.
