I Have used many tailors in the US including Golden needle tailoring most of them are just out of college students recruited for measuring and the tailoring is done by people in Asia. so you ultimately rely on Second hand service at an Expensive price.in most of the cases it is cash upfront. I have tried a real visiting tailor from Bangkok, ""Savile Row Tailor"". He was recommended to me by my Business colleagues in Bangkok and travels for Measurement taking 2 to 3 times a year to the US. I had 1 Suit 450 USD and a deal of 5 Shirts for 300 USD.
