Watson Management Company is by far the worst real estate company I've ever dealt with! The owner is incredibly rude and vindictive without cause. I've been met with nothing but blatant hostility and even racism during my tenancy with this terrible company. Spread the word to anyone who thinks of leasing property with this company, that Watson Management will do all they can to f*ck you over.
Pros: affordable rent, good location
Cons: The stress of the curve-balls this company will throw at you far outweigh the meager pros.
