This company is a total rip off and rude besides. We called them out for a blocked drain and we would have been quite happy to pay several hundred dollars to get it fixed but the quote was $512- a common number I see from other bad reviews they have gotten. My husband and I fixed it ourselves with a $37 machine rental from Home Depot in literally 10 minutes!!! When I called them back to explain, politely, why I thought this was an exorbitant quote they were quite rude and the manager never returned my call. When I called again she was very rude and did not care that the quote was so out of line and would not drop the service fee. It is extortion and I don't know how they stay in business.
Cons: Too expensive, rude management
