I have been to this place two times now and the second time did it for me. This was supposed to be a surprise for me by my bridesmaids who had planned a whole spa day for me but the front desk called me to confirm the appt. Go figure ........and then they called me three times on the day of the appointment to reschedule , first time because their carpet was being redone and was not completed, second time because their facial person had a flu and third time because they had my appts mixed up with someone else. After wasting 5 hrs of my day, I still was patient and made it to my appt. the manicurist was obviously mad about something and started telling me about how moving my appt had ruined the rest of her appts for the day and that it wasnt fair to her. She was literally yelling at me and filing my nails like it was a block of wood. i think i had enough at this point and had to leave. more
