I trusted what the reviewers said about BILLY, and they are absolutely correct! I was going to donate my hair to Locks-of-Love so I was definitely going to have a dramatic change of length and style. You are in VERY talented, adept, and capable hands with BILLY! Once you're in his chair, trust his eyes and hands, and you will not be disappointed. I've had so many compliments with my new 'do and credit is definitely due to this super cool British chap! The staff of the salon are also super accomodating, welcoming you with a glass of wine too!
