We have eaten here for about 20 years. Lately service has been dropping. Tonight has become the straw that broke the camels back so to speak. The worst service ever! When I finally asked to speak to a manager the "phone girl" (who would also not give her name) refused.... saying that she can handle it. She was part of the problem that she planned on handling? Then I spoke to a person who claimed to be the manager, he hung up on me. Finally I just decided to cancel my order... but since I put it on my Debit card I guess I have to wait and see how long it takes to get my credit back.
