They do loan.. The problem is.. when you get a loan through them.. your paying a rate of 23% (More than a credit card!!!) finance charge and additional fees for every dime you barrowed. Just get a credit card or loan money through a friend or family member because it is in NO way worth it to pay back 23 cents for Every dollar you barrow!
Pros: I got my money!
Cons: I am still trying to pay it back.. they overcharge so much for even the smallest loan amount..
