I have rented at this location several times. Everytime I am given a car at this branch, it does not match the car I reserved. To make matters worst, the employees really do not care. I just returned the last car I will ever rent from this location. The car had a horrible smoke smell. When I told the manager (Alex Hernandez- Branch Rental Manger), he just looked at me and did not respond to my complaint. If you are thinking about renting a car, I would go to another location.
