I actually went to this place about a year ago. I booked a facial, massage and pedicure. I had been having a really tough time at work and was looking forward to a few hours of relaxation. When I first arrived the receptionist and owner were sitting at the front desk. I was right on time. They told me have a seat and they would get me for my facial soon. The only place to sit was on this small sofa behind the small front desk. The owner was looking at news articles on the computer. After about 10 minutes of me sitting there the owner stood up and said that she would be doing my facial and we were ready now. Ooook. I thought that was weird but whatever. The facial was pretty good. However, I had some blemishes and she used this laser thing on me and promised me that it would help out a lot. For the next 3-4 days my face was red and splotchy, and the blemishes didn't look any different. Then I had my massage, which was lovely. I forget the lady's name, but it was really nice. For my pedicure I had the owner again. We were chatting and I told her about my situation at work. She said I was overreacting. I didn't really appreciate getting her opinion on the matter since I didn't really ask for it and HELLO, I'm the client...just agree with me! She did the same plastic bag thing to my feet as one of th other reviewers wrote about. When I got home I found all of the polish to be smeared. I was dissapointed. I thought about calling to have it fixed, but decided I'd rather not have to go back there. I mean, my overall experience was OK...The place is basically an old house and it is kind of dingy. I didn't think it seemed dirty or anything though. I guess go at your own risk. Looks like people's experience's have been 50/50 if they are all REAL reviewss. Thanks. Pros: good massage Cons: not the best service more
