My locksmith was a little late arriving, but he called frequently to let me know his ETA. Also, when he got there, he was both personable and polite, and he not only provided the service I had called about, which was removing a key that had broken off in the lock, he also made me two replacement keys and fixed a problem with my lock, which tended to stick in cold weather. I was very pleased with the service.
