Awful service. Do not use this place. They offered a great deal on laser hair removal because they were a new clinic and wanted referrals. I asked to see it in writing in a quote on my first visit to make sure it was legit, paid all my money up front, and after 2 treatments (meant to get 5) they called and let me know they let go of their laser tech, no longer had a laser hair machine, and I would have to start seeing Skin RX (the company in the same building) , but I would have to PAY for the remaining treatments. I fought with them for months, on the phone and in person, trying to make sense of my quote. They attempted multiple different tactics to prove they fulfilled the services. I never received a phone call from the doctor. I spoke w/ him the first time I called up there concerning this and he told me I was bitter and abrasive. After that I only spoke w/ the front desk lady every other time. And that was when I could get her to pick up the phone as she has caller ID and didn't pick up 3/4 of the time and took weeks to return phone calls.
Prior to all this, I had an appt on a Saturday in October and they called to reschedule it, so I rescheduled for the following Saturday. I showed up to that appt, sat there for 30 minutes, and was finally told the laser hair tech was not coming in, by the Skin RX lady. Never received a phone call from Medilaser staff. When I finally called to reschedule is when they started with them no longer offering hair removal.
It has been a complete headache. I highly do not recommend this place.
Cons: Terrible customer service. Did not fulfill services.
