I had them out to look at my furnace that was 3 weeks out of warranty. They said on the phone they did warranty work, but they assured me that it would not be covered under warranty as manufacturer was very strict on this policy. They came quickly which was great, but the young man sucked on a hose, with his mouth, pulled off two clips and tried a wire on them bypassing a piece, then looked at the unit touching wires and hoses and said he would have to call into the office. The office called back and said he would work me a deal for $500.00 he would do the repair and also service my air conditioner in the spring. While they waited, I called the manufacturer who said they WOULD cover it under warranty if I have my paperwork, which I did. Then the guy in the office acted like he had never done this before, said his guy would have to drive to pick up the parts so installation on this would be almost $400.
