Lakecrest was the worst place I have leased! Their management is awful and I wanted to move out nearly as soon as I moved in. Management changed over three times when I lived there for one year, each new agency being just as bad as the prior one. Anybody can walk off the street and use the amenities that you are paying for! Saw kids from the surrounding neighborhoods jump the fence to swim in the pool. They were jumping off the terraces into the pool as well as throwing lawn chairs in the pool. Nobody from management ever takes responsibility for their poor service. The security gates never work and on several occasions I saw the police storm different apartments on the complex. Please thoughtfully consider my words and don't rent from this awful establishment!
