We had a pipe burst in our apartment where the plumber came out and fixed early in the morining. He told us that we had to get our carpets dry as they would be spoiled. We called ABC and they informed us that it would have to be done the same day (as we had water damage) they came at the next available appointment. Where the tachnician came and did our two rooms (there was a lot of water). He cleaned everything with a smile on his face and great way about him. And he was most happy with the tip. Great service with a smile on his face!!!
