I have read a lot of the negative reviews on this site. I agree that one of the owners is not terribly welcoming or ""user-friendly"". That is is a downside. Compared to Franklin Street where the owner is warm and welcoming, TY can be a bit off-putting. Where Triangle excels, however, is the number of offerings and teachers, some of which are true ""yogis"" when it comes to teaching and living yoga. I have chosen to overlook the owner's grouchy attitude in order to take advantage of what does work there: the staff. The current masseuse, Sage, is excellent as a body work practitioner but is also knowledgable about yoga, meditation and various other practices of potential interest to those who use her services. Overall, each person needs to decide for themselves, but I personally see more good that bad at Triangle Yoga. Though you'd never know it from what you read, there are many many happy ""frequent fliers"" at TY. Give it a try, see if it works for you. Plus, what some people consider ""gruff"" others may view as merely ""professional"" or ""businesslike"".
Pros: Good teachers, body work, owner a little gruff
Cons: a little prickly, a little money-focussed
