I was never greeted when I dropped the dog off and when I picked her up the 1st time (she went twice) the lady wouldn't even get off the phone to greet me!!!\r

Here is the main reason I was terribly upset:\r
1. Her ears were bleeding from the inside on both ears!! Never have done that before.\r
2. She was cut in 2 places on her chest!! I had to put antibiotic cream on it!\r
3. She was so thirsty when I picked her up that she would not leave the water bowl all night!! \r
4. The other thing is they never called me on both visits even though I asked them to!\r
5. Should have known when it smelled when I dropped my dog off it was an awful place!
Cons: Dog bleeding from ears and chest cut in 2 places
