Bruce, the BTL President took care of a myriad of details from 3 different pick up locations and two drop offs in one day. His manager, John, was very helpful with finding us the best financial way to plan our trip. Dan, our chauffeur, was very engaging, friendly and helpful. The limo was spotless with ice & glasses provided. Truly a great all around experience!
