Polo did a great job on our carpets! He also did a good job at explaining the cleaning process before he began the job. Our dining room carpet was soiled with stains from our puppy; now the carpet looks extremely clean. Our high traffic areas look great also. I liked that we could walk on the carpets right away - no drying time. I appreciated that Polo arrived ahead of the 2 hour time frame that I selected.
