Ferdi arrived ontime and was extremely professional. He was realistic about what my expectations should b; in fact, he demonstrated the effectiveness of the service on the worse stain... a pet stain! He assisted me in negotiating the best price and getting the most ""bang for my buck"". The servicemen's honesty and professionalism was wonderful on top of the really deep clean we received. There is no dry time. Awesome job! We will use this company again!
