I have used this company for almost ten years and have always received excellent service. I like that their dry cleaning method does not get the carpet and pad wet as some other methods do. The carpet is barely damp and dry within an hour. Their technician Polo is especially good. He always takes extra time with high traffic areas and other trouble spots. Also they leave a container of cleaner that I can use myself between cleanings. I use this service twice a year and really think it has lengthened the life of my carpet. I recommend them unconditionally.
