Elmer and I believe, Frank, arrived earlier than expected which was a plus for my husband and myself; they approached the problem, which was big, while we did some errands and completed the job in the time they indicated. There was no downtime because no water was used; they were knowledgeable, everything was shipshape when they finished and I won't hesitate to ask for them for the next cleaning.
Pros: quick, dry, no wet carpeting, CLEAN!
