Vance Hopkins came to our house on 12/12 to clean our carpets. I found out about Carpet Dryclean from just a random search on the web and really did not have much faith that my carpets could be cleaned. Now I'm upset with myself because I didn't take before and after pictures! My husband and I really thought we were going to have to replace the carpets, so made the appt as a last attempt. UNBELIEVABLE results. People have got to know more about you and the product...it is SUPERB!! I'm so excited about the results and it was a light burber carpet with pet stains that were terrible. Now it is back to a beautiful color with fresh smell....we just painted the inside of the house so now I feel like it is all NEW again! Oh, and let's not forget the customer service. I could not believe the maturity and well-rounded top-notch service that Vance provided. I've never had a service done with that level of positive assistance and knowledge of the product. Thank you SO much! I now am not ashamed of my Mother-in-Law coming for the Holiday's!!!
