Update to review on 12/13: We have been contacted by Robertson Pools and they have offered to correct the issue we have with the flagstone patio and waterfall. I am all for supporting a company that ""makes it right"" In fairness to Robertson Pools the actual pool and deck are beautiful and we are very happy with that part of the job. They have offered to tear the patio out and redo it. We have also heard from several people who are very happy with their Robertson pool and the reason we went with them in the first place is they came very highly recommended - perhaps we just had a break down in communication. Will let you know how it goes!
