I had my first cut/color with at Jacob Neal recently and I couldn't be happier with the service I received! The atmosphere of the salon was very welcoming, pretty, and clean (always appreciated!), and my stylist, Drew, was AMAZING. He sat me down and discussed not only what I wanted done to my hair, but made sure to ask about my lifestyle, how much maintenance I was comfortable with, and how I wore my hair on a daily basis. He gave me some great input and suggestions, was very sociable during the cut and color (lots of fun to talk to!) and the end result was awesome. I had been looking for a good salon since moving to Columbus from Cleveland, and after a few duds I'll definitely be visiting Drew at Jacob Neal again soon!
