This was a difficult decision for me. I did not want to rent out my house, but I couldn't sell it and I felt renting it out would be better than taking a huge loss. I have to admit, the Rathbun Company made it much easier than I had anticipated. I have found that they are quite strict with tenants, probably why the reviews from the unhappy tenant, but frankly I like that. People don't get eviction notices if they pay their rent on time. The Rathbun Company has done a great job with my house, the rent comes in ON TIME! The house is well maintained and it's easy to talk to a manager. The thing I liked best was they have so many contacts. They rented out my house very quickly. They actually turned down 2 different applicants before accepting my current tenants because the others didn't qualify. I would certainly recommend them.
