For all the one star reviews out there, you guys are getting a little carried away. This place is definitely not the best in Austin, but definitely worth trying. They have some very unique dishes on the menu that I really wanted to try. I had the Caesar Chavez salad with tinga chicken, and I was very impressed. The Yucca fritters that accompanied the salad in the place of croutons were very very good. I love a good caesar and this place has it. My girlfriend was very happy with her taco salad as well.
The happy hour prices are awesome, dollar beers, cheap appetizers, cheap drinks, unfortunately my margarita was absolutely awful, my girlfriend had a mixed drink that was very weak.
I found the waitstaff to be very friendly, but the place does seam like they are a little disorganized. Bartender was in over his head.
Pros: Interesting Menu, Happy Hour, Good Tinga, Friendly Waitstaff
Cons: Slow Bar, Bad Margarita
