I recently visited Cobalt Blue and the stylist was great. I was very pleased with the results; however, the owner, Theresa, pulled the stylist into the office for a 20 minute meeting while I was in the middle of a shampoo. Needless to say, I find this very unprofessional and my business didn't seem to be important to the owner. I have many choices and my time is valuable! I do not expect this rudeness when I am paying good money for services. An apology was made by the stylist but nothing was said to me by the owner. From now on, I will go where my business is appreciated.
