The instructors tape you each time you present and provide on-the-spot coaching and feedback which enabled me to make immediate changes which vastly improved by public speaking skills. I could see from reviewing the video clips that when I first started, I tended to speak too fast and gesticulate eradically. The very patient and talented instructors at Baker Communications helped me to feel comfortable when I was presenting and inspired me to improve my vocal projection and perform more effective gestures with my hands to reinforce my topic. Since taking the Exceptional Presentations class earlier this year, I have made A's in all of my class presentations at the University and my Professors have even asked where I learned to present so well. I have been telling everyone how wonderful this training is and that it has benefitted me in so many ways; at school, work, and in my personal life.
