I have used these guy twice and have found them fair and friendly. I have had problems with the Apple stores- they are a hassle and take all day to get in to brung my laptop in. These guys are in and out and you can usually pick up the next day. I'd give them a chance if you are tired of the Apple store hassles.
(I used them for a iMac repair and a laptop keyboard repair. In response to the other review- yeah, you need to replace the entire keyboard, that's the way the part comes.I don't think he was ripped off.)
