its not my 6th time back to evergreen ford because their service department has no idea what they are doing. i have to show them what is wrong with the car in order for them to fix it or else they charge me 300.00 just to look at it and do nothing. I even talked to the director Bob Hogan. What a joke. He was one of the stupidest people I have ever met. Very rude about the whole situation. Love my Ford, but will never bring it to Ford of Issaquah!
Pros: nothing!
Cons: horrible service, rude employees, not ment to be fixing cars
