VERY professional...QUALITY work. My landlord just hired TRM to install a gas line so that I could have a washer/dryer in my apartment. I am a tenant in my building, but have a friend that has used TRM, so I gave their information to my landlord. They arrived EARLY, were incredibly organized and cleaned up everything before they left. My landlord (who has owned this building for 40 years) was really impressed with their work and told me he plans to use them again. He has used cheaper plumbers in the past, but said that TRM is definitely worth the money because he knows the job was done right the first time and at a really fair and reasonable price. I would DEFINITELY recommend them for any job--- big or small.
