One of the most painful experiences with a business I've ever had. Tried to phone for three days - phone was busy or never answered. When I finally got through and was told I would be called back to make an appointment to pick up my stuff after a sale, I waited hours with no call, stopped in and was told ""we only return calls at the end of the day"" which I was not told at the time. Finally on my appointment day, I arrive 10 min. early and am told to come back. As the appt. was 3 weeks after I made it, I thought everything would be ready - but no - when I came back I had to wait 20 min. for my check and unsold items. I'd rather throw my stuff away than give this place any money.
Cons: Doesn't answer phone, poor work habits
