We were told our pictures would be ready for pick up on 12/15, which was a week after we had our pictures taken. 4 days later and those pictures are still not in. They cannot give me an explaination as to why. Customer Service is horrible! The district manager doesn't even answer her phone or return phone calls. Now they cannot even guarantee that these pictures will be here before Christmas. Absolutey ridiculous.
